Man I hate hurricane season. Gustav, then Ike. Hopefully that's the last storm that comes our way this season. I used to think the joke about Louisiana having 4 seasons (Hunting, Football, Crawfish, and Hurricane) was kind of cute, but it's just not cute anymore. I've lived here all my life and grew up living through them, but they are just getting worse and more frequent. It's really scary. I'm trying to think of somewhere we could move that we wouldn't have any type of natural disasters. Where in the US are there no earthquakes, tornados, hurricanes, mud slides, etc? Does a place even exist? These last 2 storms have made me so cranky. Monday, September 15, 2008
